EXA providing Microsoft based Product as a Cloud Computing services, Mainly Hosted Microsoft Dynamic CRM, Hosted Microsoft Exchange, Hosted office Communication Server, Hosted SharePoint Server and Hosted Project Server.
How can I purchase online or contact customer Service for purchase?
You can directly purchase from online EXA Hosted Application website exapps.net, or you can Contact Customer Service Executive by simply filling the Order Query Form.
How soon can I get my account activated, after payment?
Once you made a payment either through online or by contacting customer service executive, you could receive you username and password with the links and help to use your account within two to three hours*
How should I use my account, after getting username and password?
To use your account the link (s) will be forwarded to your email id, the one you use while signing up with EXA or provided to Customer Service Executive for registration. In case you loose or delete that email, you can contact help & Support Executive to provide you new email or you can open a ticket in our Ticketing Help System.
Where I can get help and support for my services and subscription ?
For help and support, you can login to Control panel and open and download a knowledge base document. Or you can contact Technical support and Customer Service Executive through the Free numbers or email or through Ticketing System.
How would be the billing for my account ?
The monthly bill or account referral will be sent to your email id every month.
Could I be the Postpaid or Prepaid Account?
If you pay in advance with your subscription your account will be Prepaid Customer to EXA.If you prefer to use our Service first and then payment you will be treated as Postpaid Customer.
What is due date or grace days for my account, in case of no payment ?
Your due date or grace days will be 7 days of month end of your subscription. Then your account will be disabled after no payment receive for more than 10 days, the account will be deleted.
